Member Registration

Click the “My Account” button on the top corner of the website to proceed free registration as HamperGifts Hong Kong Online Store member.

First-Time Purchase
Please register and login before online shopping. After successful member registration, you can check your order history in “my account” (including Order No., Order Details and Order Status) as well as save your delivery address and other details for faster checkout in the future.

Online Shopping Step-by-Step
1) Login HamperGifts Hong Kong
2) Pick your favorite products
3) Click “Add to cart” to purchase or click the product, choose the number of product you want to add to your shopping cart
4) Click “Shopping Cart” on the top right corner when you finish shopping
5) Enter your delivery details and select payment method
6) Confirm the order and the transaction is completed

Shopping Cart
The “Shopping Cart” on the Left will display the total number of selected products and the total amount in real time. You can modify the number of products in the “Shopping Cart”.

Order Confirmation
A confirmation email with order details will be sent by the system automatically after you place the order. You can also check “Login > Order History” to see the latest order details.

Shipping Methods
– For orders in Hong Kong, we will use local courier service for delivery.

PayPal and Credit Card Payment Notice
After settle payment, You will receive Confirmation Email within 24 hours .

Bank Transfer Payment Notice
After transaction please send the Deposit Slip to [email protected] or Whatsapp: (+852) 9016 9565 to notify us. Order Number and Total Amount should clearly listed on the Deposit Slip.
